  • Defective items (reported within 7 days)

Step 4: Drop at carrier location

3. Refunds

  • Processing: 5-10 business days after receipt
  • Shipping costs non-refundable

5. International Returns

  • Customer covers return shipping
  • Refunds exclude original shipping/duties
  • Must use tracked shipping
